First, we want to THANK YOU all for your patience as we try to navigate these ever-changing times as well as modernizing our system! • If you have any questions, please contact Dave Schaab at membership@canfieldswimclub.org

  • We will be sending an email asking each member to update their online profile to include medical conditions and information once that is available.

  • Babysitters must be 15 years or older. ** Please register any babysitters you may have this summer on your CSTC account (information boxes have recently been added)

  • To ensure that our members get priority use of the pool, we may limit the number of guests permitted at management’s discretion. Guest fees will be $10 on weekends and $7 on weekdays. At this time, we will not be allowing guests on Saturday, July 4th to ensure that our members get first priority. Each guest will still be able to come 3 times prior to July 4th and 3 times after.

  • At this time, we are not permitting the rental of the pavilion areas for parties. However, you may request a quadrant under the pavilion upon arrival.

WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL TO THE CLUB:

  • Our staff has been trained on the safety procedures and guidelines set forth by the State of Ohio.  All staff will have their temperatures taken upon arrival.

  • Facial coverings are not required on the Club grounds HOWEVER, In an effort to keep our staff and all members safe, we ask that masks be worn upon check-in and any other time interacting with staff members.

  • Upon arrival and entrance to the pool, reservations and quadrant assignment will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    • The number of people will be limited to 10 people per quadrant.

    • Each quadrant will have a variety of approximately four chairs which will be sanitized by staff after each family’s departure. We ask that members, prior to leaving, flip over the chairs so our staff is aware that they need sanitized.

    • Chairs will NOT be permitted to be moved from their quadrants in order to ensure that they are sanitized properly.

    • Members are welcome to bring their own chairs and tables as necessary. We ask that any tents or sun shades be limited to the grass areas.

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers will be stationed in the entryway and throughout the club.

BATHROOMS:

  • At a minimum, bathrooms will be checked by staff hourly and sanitized every two hours.

  • We ask that members respect social distancing practices and not loiter in bathrooms. For a space that size, it is recommended not to have more than three people in at a time.

FOOD & DISPOSABLES:

  • The concession stand will be closed for the time being, but we hope to open it as soon as we can!

  • Members are still welcome to bring food and beverages. All food deliveries must be picked up at entrance by members as delivery workers will not be permitted on the grounds.

  • Please bring your own charcoal, lighters, and any necessary equipment for grilling.

  • As per State recommendation, we ask that members take with them any trash that is generated. To protect our staff, we will not have trash cans for the time being. Bags will be available to members in the front office if necessary.

POOL RULES:

  • We appreciate your help in monitoring your families and educating them on our pool rules in addition to reminding them to keep a social distance of 6 feet from others both inside and outside of the pool! All of the Club’s Administrative Rules are listed on our website, but we hope members can be extra mindful of the following:

    • Walking only on the cement - please no running!

    • Swim under the lane lines and ropes- please do not hang on them.

    • Do not block or stand on the sprinklers.

    • Only soft “water balls” are allowed in the pool - there is no baseball or hotbox permitted in the shallow end.
