To complete your registration, Print and fill out the following forms below. Please bring them to Registration Day. Families with more than 1 swimmer will have to fill out a medical form and Code of Conduct for each child. If you are unable to come to Registration Day, please contact Katie Stack or Jena Shapona prior to the first practice in order to participate on the team:

All families need to register their swimmer(s) for Swimmingly before the first swim meet in order to participate this year. This will provide each parent in the system with their own blueprint for success by giving them access to add their swimmers' meet rosters as well as their results! Click HERE for directions on how to register for SWIMMINGLY.PARENT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:
Parents play an enormous part in the quality of the experience for their swimmer. As members of the CSTC we have the privilege to provide the best for our children. Parents of a CSTC swimmer you will be required to volunteer for a minimum of 3 swim meets. This is a very serious contribution to the success of our swim season. With your help we will be able to keep the cost of summer swimming an affordable sport, and ensure that our children will continue to have the best swim season.
One adult from each family will be required to volunteer at least 3 meets (home and Away). Since Canfield Has the privilege of hosting CHAMPS we are asking that all swimmers who qualify parents are obligated to work a 4 hour shift. Swimmer\Parents who do not qualify we are asking for your support. IF you havent met your 3 meet required shifts you will have the opportunity to accomplish that at this meet.
Sign up for Volunteering will be on Registration Day. Each Job assignment will be briefly described that day as well as at the parent meetings May 30th & June 1st
If you are unable to meet your volunteer requirements there will be a fee of $275 assessed to your account. This must be paid in order for your swimmer to participate in the 2023 swim season.

ABOUT OUR COACHES:
Ty Schaab is a graduate of Canfield High School, and is currently entering his Junior year at Miami University, majoring in Kinesiology & Premedical Studies. Ty started swimming at the CSTC when he was 7 years old, and continued through the age of 19. He was a member of the Canfield High School Swim and Dive Team for 4 years, and served as Varsity Captain his senior year. He is a 3 time OHSAA District qualifier, as well as a 2 time Division II State Qualifier in the 200 medley relay (breaststroke) and 200 freestyle relay. Coach Ty also holds the Canfield High School record in the 200m medley relay alongside Coach Luke. Ty is also a 5 time YMCA Zone qualifier for the Y Neptunes Swimming in many different events, and recently became a 2022 College Club Swimming National Championship qualifier in the 50 breaststroke. This is Ty’s second year as an Head Coach, and his fourth year coaching the CSTC Team. He is very excited to be back once again and ready to help his swimmers have a fun and successful summer season!
Luke Dietz Is a graduate from Canfield High school and will be attending Miami University this fall studying Finance and pre law. He has been swimming since the age of 6 years old on the CSTC swim team as well as Neptunes. Luke has swam for his high school all 4 years and served as a captain his senior year. He has qualified for state all four years and qualified for YMCA nationals for 2 years as well as a 9 time zones qualifier. This is Luke's first year as an assistant coach but has been around the CSTC as the head lifeguard and sub-manager. He is ready for this summer and is excited to watch his swimmers have fun.
