Tennis team is for members only, unless you are a high school student. It costs $50 to be on the team. It is $150 if you are a non-member high school student.
Tennis team practices typically are broken down by age groups: Team practices occur on days when matches aren't scheduled.
10 and under 12:00 pm
12 and under 1:00
14 and under 2:00
18 and under 3:00
Tennis team tryouts on June 2 OR 3rd. 6-7:30 pm. There is a $25 fee for tryouts.
Team Practices and youth clinics will begin the week of June 6th.
Each session of the clinics lasts two weeks and youth clinics occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Clinic start dates will be:
First session: June 6
Second session: June 20
Third session: July 11
Fourth session: July 25
Youth Beginner: 8, 9, 10 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each clinic is 50 minutes.
Youth Intermediate: 11:00 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each clinic is 50 minutes
Youth Advanced: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5-6:30 . This clinic will only occur if we get youth signed up. We didn't do this clinic last year.
Each clinic is limited to 12 kids.
Adult Clinic: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30-8 pm. This clinic will also only occur if we get adults signed up.
Non-members can participate in the clinics if there is space available and the fee is higher (2 times the price) than what it is for club members.
Each session of the tennis clinic is $40 for members. $80 for non members.

Hi, My name is Amelia Francisco and I just graduated from Canfield High School. I played on the high school team the last three years and have been named first team All AAC the past two years and was the Captain this last season. I have played tennis since I was five years old, and plan to continue to play tennis at the University of Mount Union. During highschool I also played basketball for four years and soccer for two years. I am excited for the season to start and to meet all the players. I know this season will be fun and everyone will learn something new.

Hi, I am Gia Francisco and a Canfield High School graduate. There I played tennis, basketball, and volleyball. I play division III tennis at Westminster College. This past year I received first team all Presidents Athletic Conference (PAC) in doubles and second team all PAC in singles. Playing tennis since I was younger has always been a passion of mine. Especially competing with my sister Amelia in doubles during the two years I played at Canfield High School. Aside from college athletics, I am double majoring in Marketing & Professional Sales and Sports Management. I am excited to join the Canfield Swim Club Tennis team and cannot wait to have a great season!
