CSTC Bylaws Amendment – Proxy Voting Now Open

The Canfield Swim and Tennis Club (CSTC) will hold a Special Meeting of the Membership on:

If you are unable to attend in person, we urge you to submit your proxy vote to help us reach the required quorum and approve the Amended and Restated Code of Regulations.
What You Are Voting On
1. Increasing Membership Capacity (Article 6.02)
This amendment proposes:
- Adding 25 additional family/household memberships
- Generating $78,000 in one-time net profit (2025)
- Increasing annual revenue by $16,000
- Funding court renovations without a dues increase despite rising costs
2. Simplifying Membership Structure (Article 6.01(b)(1))
This amendment proposes:
- Increasing sustaining senior membership slots from 10 to 15 (prioritizing waitlisted members)
- Eliminating the standard senior membership level
- Phasing out non-voting memberships (no new sustaining senior applications)
- Adjusting sustaining senior dues from 60% to 70% of regular family/household dues.
